Tile Care & Maintenance

Keep your tile floors looking fantastic by following our care and maintenance guide.

Routine Tile Maintenance

Tile flooring is a low-maintenance option for your home. Much like hardwood flooring, the overall durability and lack of required maintenance are one of the major benefits of opting for tile floors in your home. With that said, tile flooring requires some basic maintenance to look great and function well.

Tile floors should be swept and wet mopped regularly to ensure beauty and performance day in and day out. When you sweep/mop, you help to remove dirt and other debris from your tile. The debris can make your tile floors look grungy and allow it to take on a weathered look. How often you sweep and mop your floors will depend on the foot-traffic in the room(s) in question.
